Pedro Pellegrini Ripamonti, national identity card number 0,000,000 - 0 xxd Osvaldo Garay Arriola, national identity card number 5,386,000 - 0, xxx xxxxxxxed for these purposes in Santiago at Avenida Andres Bello 2687, Floor 20, Las Condes County, hexxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx to as "Multipack". For purposes of this agreement. ANDINA and CRISTALERIAS shall also be referred to, collectively, as the "Parties", and individually, each as a "Party". In turn, Multipack and Crowpla shall also be collectively referred to as the "Affiliates".

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)

  • Opt-Outs 66. Opt-Out Period a. Class Members will have up to and including approximately forty-five (45) days following the Notice Deadline to opt out of the settlement in accordance with this Section (the “Opt-Out Deadline”). If the settlement is finally approved by the Court, all Settlement Class Members who have not opted out by the Opt-Out Deadline will be bound by the Settlement and the Class Release, and the relief provided by the Settlement will be their sole and exclusive remedy for the claims alleged by the Settlement Class. 67. Opt-Out Process a. Any Class Member who wishes to be excluded from the Settlement Class must provide a request for exclusion to the Settlement Administrator, known as an “Opt-Out.” The Opt-Out must be postmarked, or submitted electronically via the Settlement Website, on or before the Opt-Out Deadline. b. In order to be valid, the Opt-Out must include: (a) the Class Member’s name, address, telephone number, and the telephone number(s) at which any Calls (including any texts) from Xxxxx Fargo were received; (b) the name and/or number of this case; and (c) a statement that the Class Member wishes to be excluded from the Settlement Class. An Opt-Out must be signed by the Class Member. An Opt-Out request that does not contain the required information, is not signed, or is not electronically submitted or postmarked by the Opt-Out Deadline, shall be invalid and the person serving such a request shall be considered a member of the Settlement Class and shall be bound by the Settlement, if approved. c. Within three (3) business days after the Opt-Out Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Counsel a written list reflecting all timely and valid Opt-Outs from the Settlement Class. d. A list reflecting all timely and valid Opt-Outs shall also be filed with the Court at the time of the motion for final approval of the settlement.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.

  • Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10. In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution. (b) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall also be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6.9.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) 12.1 The Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit D. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. 12.2 BellSouth will provide EODUF service upon written request to its Account Manager stating a requested activation date.   • Preceptor Pay Any nurse assigned as a preceptor shall receive a premium of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.
