Common use of Dates of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Dates of Agreement. This Agreement is binding for the entire 2019-2020 academic year (fall, winter, and spring terms), unless starting in winter or spring terms in which case this Agreement is for the remainder of the academic year, based on the following:  Fall Term: Thursday, September 19, 2019 through Friday, December 13, 2019  Winter Term: Sunday, January 5, 2020 to Friday, Xxxxx 00, 0000  Xxxxxx Xxxx: Sunday, March 29, 2020 to Friday, June 12, 2020 Students needing to arrive early or stay late must submit a written request, receive approval from Housing and pay any applicable early arrival or late stay fees (see section 3.d. for information regarding fees).
