Day Gillnet Limit Exemption. If approved by NMFS, Participating Vessels are not required 36 to adhere to the regulatory limitation on the number of gillnets for day gillnet vessels. A sector 37 vessel may fish up to 150 roundfish or flatfish nets in any of the RMAs, not to exceed 150 nets 38 total, and must tag both roundfish and flatfish nets with one tag per net and is subject to net 39 restrictions as specified by NMFS in its Letter of Authorization. In block 124 and 125 in May 40 and blocks 132 and 133 in June may be fished with only 100 nets.
