Day Gillnet Limit Exemption. If approved by GARFO, Participating Vessels are not required 31 to adhere to the regulatory limitation on the number of gillnets for day gillnet vessels. A sector 32 vessel may fish up to 150 roundfish or flatfish nets in any of the RMAs, not to exceed 150 nets 33 total, and must tag both roundfish and flatfish nets with one tag per net and is subject to net 34 restrictions as specified by XXXXX in its Letter of Authorization. In block 124 and 125 in May 35 and blocks 132 and 133 in June may be fished with only 100 nets.
