Common use of Day Suspension Clause in Contracts

Day Suspension. Penalty of up to three (3) days suspension with loss of pay may be given; all suspension and/or loss of pay must be with the Superintendent/designee approval. Written copy to the immediate supervisor, personnel file (in accordance with Article 26) and the employee.
