Dayforce Engagement. Dayforce Engagement allows Client to conduct engagement surveys using pre-defined and Client-created surveys. Client remains solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations associated with conducting engagement surveys, including any decisions affecting Employees and the conclusions drawn from the survey results.
