DBE Construction Superintendent. The DBE shall designate an employee of the DBE, any affiliate of the DBE, or the DBE’s Construction Subcontractor or construction manager (the “DBE Construction Superintendent”), who shall be present on the Project site with any necessary assistants on a full-time basis when the DBE or any Subcontractor is performing the Design Build Work.
