DBE Directory. A directory of all certified DBEs in the state of Minnesota is available at the following link: xxxx://xxxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/Default.aspx The Minnesota Unified Certification Program (MnUCP) maintains this directory. It is the definitive source of information regarding the DBE certification status of firms in Minnesota. A firm must be certified prior to contract execution in order to qualify for credit toward the DBE goal.

DBE Directory. Real-time information about firms doing business with the Department and firms that are certified through North Carolina’s Unified Certification Program is available in the Directory of Transportation Firms. The Directory can be accessed by the link on the Department’s homepage or by entering xxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/vendor/directory in the address bar of your web browser. Only those DBE firms with current certification may be listed in the proposal form. The listing of an individual firm in the Department’s directory shall not be construed as an endorsement of the firms’ capability to perform certain work. REPORTING DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION When payments are made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms, including material suppliers, firms at all levels (prime, subcontractor, or second tier subcontractor) are encouraged to provide the Contract Administrator with an accounting of said payments. The accounting should be listed on the Department’s Subcontractor Payment Information Form (Form DBE-IS). For each payment made to a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm, please list the following: DOT Project Number Payer Firm Name and Federal Tax ID number Receiving Subcontractor Federal Tax ID number Amount of Payment Date of Payment A responsible fiscal officer of the payee firm, subcontractor, or second tier subcontractor who can attest to the date and amounts of the payments shall certify that the accounting is correct. A copy of an acceptable report may be obtained from the Department of Transportation. This information should be submitted as part of the requests for payments made to the Department. Special Provisions MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (MBE) AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (WBE) 6-18-07 POLICY It is the policy of the North Carolina Department of Transportation that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) shall have the opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part by State Funds in order to create a level playing field. The Firm is also encouraged to give every opportunity to allow MBE and WBE participation in Supplemental Agreements.
DBE Directory. The AUCP will maintain a directory identifying all firms certified as a DBE. The directory will include: firm’s name, address, phone number, NAICS Code, and the type of work the firm has been certified to perform. The AUCP will make the Directory available as follows: The electronic directory will be updated when changes are made in accordance with 49 CFR 26.81(g) and will be the most current and accurate version available. The electronic directory should be used as the primary reference and is on the internet at: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx The print version of the directory will be revised once a year.

DBE Directory. [49 CFR Part 26.31] The County and the City shall maintain and make available to interested persons a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as DBEs in the DBE Program. For each firm, the directory will include its address, phone number, and types of work the firm has been certified to perform as a DBE. The directory will be made available on request to interested persons, including bidders, for work related to the Banks Project in connection with their efforts to meet the DBE goals established by the County and the City and made a part of bid specifications. The directory will serve as a primary source for locating potential contractors and suppliers. The directory will be revised at least annually and updated information included in the directory will be made available to contractors and the public on request.
DBE Directory. Contractors may only utilize certified SLDBE and/or Louisiana Unified Certification Program (LAUCP) DBE firms from the following lists to meet the City’s DBE Program goals.

DBE Directory. 1. In accordance with 49 CFR section 26.31, the Metropolitan Council will maintain a current directory of DBE firms certified to do work with the Metropolitan Council. The directory will include the following minimum information for each firm:
DBE Directory. This committee shall ensure to the greatest extent possible the maintenance of a unified DBE directory for all firms certified under this agreement, consistent with 49 CFR sections 23.31, 26.31 and 26.81 (g). Currently, WisDOT is the custodian of the UCP directory.
