DDCAT & TIC. All SUD Treatment Providers under contract with MSHN shall complete the DDCAT (Dual Diagnosis Capability in Addiction Treatment) Assessment and the Trauma Informed Organizational Survey. Both documents shall be uploaded to Box, with supporting documentation for all items on the DDCAT uploaded to Box and labeled appropriately. All contracted SUD Treatment service providers shall set goals for improvement in both categories annually. All contracted SUD Providers are expected to meet criteria for dual diagnosis capability (co-occurring capability).

DDCAT & TIC. All SUD treatment providers under contract with MSHN shall complete the Dual Diagnosis Capability in Addiction Treatment (DDCAT) Assessment and the Trauma Informed Care (TIC) Organizational Survey. Both documents shall be uploaded to Box, with supporting documentation for all items on the DDCAT uploaded to Box and labeled appropriately. All contracted SUD treatment service providers shall set goals for improvement in both categories annually and report progress. All contracted SUD providers are expected to meet the criteria for dual diagnosis capability (co-occurring capability). The TIC Organizational Survey will be utilized as a self-assessment and completed every three years.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Think 12 has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Think 12. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Think 12 (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:

  • Voice Grade Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution – Intrabuilding Network Cable (aka riser cable)

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
