DDITIONAL INFORMATION. 3.1 he laws of Singapore will apply to how this Contract will be read and to the rights the parties have nder this Contract. 3.2 f any part of this Contract is not valid for any reason under the law of Singapore, this will not affect ny other part of this Contract. 3.3 f the Student and the PEI cannot settle a dispute using the way arranged by the PEI, the Student nd the PEI may refer the dispute to the CPE Mediation-Arbitration Scheme xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/cpe/student-services/dispute-resolution.html). 3.4 ll information given by the Student to the PEI will not be given by the PEI to anyone else, unless he Student signs in writing that he agrees or unless the PEI is allowed to give the information by aw. 3.5 f there is any other agreement between the PEI and the Student that is different from the terms n this Contract, then the terms in this Contract will apply. 3.6 f the Student or the PEI does not exercise or delay exercising any right granted by this Contract, he Student and the PEI will still be able to exercise the same type of right under this Contract uring the rest of the time the Contract continues.

  • Information The Buyer and its advisors, if any, have been, and for so long as the Note remain outstanding will continue to be, furnished with all materials relating to the business, finances and operations of the Company and materials relating to the offer and sale of the Securities which have been requested by the Buyer or its advisors. The Buyer and its advisors, if any, have been, and for so long as the Note remain outstanding will continue to be, afforded the opportunity to ask questions of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has not disclosed to the Buyer any material nonpublic information and will not disclose such information unless such information is disclosed to the public prior to or promptly following such disclosure to the Buyer. Neither such inquiries nor any other due diligence investigation conducted by Buyer or any of its advisors or representatives shall modify, amend or affect Buyer’s right to rely on the Company’s representations and warranties contained in Section 3 below. The Buyer understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk. The Buyer is not aware of any facts that may constitute a breach of any of the Company's representations and warranties made herein.
