Common use of De-Identified Data Clause in Contracts

De-Identified Data. De-Identified Data may be used by the Provider for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, and to demonstrate the market effectiveness of the Services. Provider’s use of such De-Identified Data shall survive termination of this DPA or any request by LEA to return or destroy Student Data. Provider agrees not to attempt to re-identify De-identified Data and not to transfer De-identified Data to any party unless that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification.

Provider agrees not to attempt to re-identify De-identified Identified Data and not to transfer De-identified Data to any party unless that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identificationretained after termination of the relevant user account.
