Common use of – DE MINIMIS AID Clause in Contracts

– DE MINIMIS AID. 8.1 Any aid granted to the Incubatee that originates from the Czech Republic and that is provided under this Contract to the Incubatee by the Incubator falls under the terms of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.

– DE MINIMIS AID. 8.1 Any aid granted to the Incubatee that originates from the Czech Republic City of Prague and that is provided under this Contract to the Incubatee by the Incubator Incubator, falls under the terms of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aidaid and is considered as State Aid under the Treaty.

– DE MINIMIS AID. 8.1 Any aid granted to the Incubatee that originates from [OPTION: the Czech Republic City of Prague/the South Moravian Region END OPTION] and that is provided under this Contract to the Incubatee by the Incubator Incubator, falls under the terms of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aidaid and is considered as State Aid under the Treaty.
