DEA License. MRMC agrees to reimburse Resident for reasonable expenses and fees actually incurred by Resident associated with Resident's application each year during the Program, as applicable, for Drug Enforcement Agency licenses from the Federal government and from the State of South Carolina. MRMC shall prorate any payment for said licenses/fees that span timeframes outside of the Term of this Agreement. Resident shall be responsible for promptly paying any difference for such licenses/fees to MRMC after being given notice of said amounts.
