Deadline for Requesting Disbursements. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Department, the Borrower shall comply with the conditions stated in Section 5.01, and submit a request or requests to the Department for disbursement of one hundred percent (100%) of the Loan by the end of the twenty-fourth full calendar month following the Effective Date. If the Borrower fails to comply with this deadline the Commitment shall be automatically terminated and no further disbursements will be permitted.
