Common use of Deadline to Complete Project Clause in Contracts

Deadline to Complete Project. Project Operator shall complete construction of the Project by or before May 11, 2020 (hereinafter the “completion deadline”). Completion of the Project shall mean that the Project has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy by the City. Project Operator agrees and acknowledges that its failure to complete the Project by the completion deadline shall cause this Agreement to terminate, and Project Operator shall not qualify for the tax incentives.
