Objections must be submitted by the Objection and Exclusion Deadline—which is 95 days after entry of the preliminary approval order. 5.3.1 If submitted through ECF, Objections must be submitted on the Objection and Exclusion Deadline by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. 5.3.2 If submitted by U.S. mail or another delivery service, Objections must be postmarked by the Objection and Exclusion Deadline.
