Deal Memorandum Grievances. (a) All Deal Memorandums between the Producer and any Technician with respect to the production are deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement; (b) The Producer or any Technician may enforce the Deal Memorandum between them or settle any dispute arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of that Deal Memorandum, including any questions as to whether a matter is arbitrable, by recourse to the grievance and arbitration provisions in Article 18.
