DEALER MANAGER INFORMATION. The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that the information set forth on Schedule 3 hereto is all of the information furnished to the Company by the Dealer Manager expressly for use in the Registration Statement, any preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus, or any amendment or supplement thereto or any Authorized Sales Materials. Schedule 3 may be amended by (i) mutual consent of the Company and the Dealer Manager and (ii) written notice from the Dealer Manager to the Company of information that reasonably would be information that was intended by the Dealer Manager to update Schedule 3.
