DEALER RESIDENCE. Effective operation of the Dealer's business is dependent in large part on the Dealer's management becoming a part of and accepted within his local community. Accordingly, each person named in subparagraph F(ii) hereof shall (unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company because of individual circumstances) reside within the DEALER'S LOCALITY.
