PREDELIVERY SERVICE. The Dealer shall perform or be responsible for the performance of such inspection, conditioning and repair of each VEHICLE before delivery as may be prescribed for such VEHICLE in the Company's applicable predelivery inspection and conditioning schedules furnished by the Company to the Dealer. The Dealer shall maintain or be responsible for the maintenance of adequate records of all predelivery inspection, conditioning and repair work performed by or for the Dealer.
PREDELIVERY SERVICE. Dealer shall make certain that all Products offered for sale or displayed by it have been fully assembled, have received pre-delivery service and inspection in accordance with Absolute S.p.A. procedures and directives in effect from time to time and are in proper operating condition prior to delivery to any customer. Dealer shall not deliver to anyone any Products which are not fully set up or serviced or that have not passed pre-delivery inspection in accordance with Absolute S.p.A. procedures and directives. Dealer shall send to A▇▇ a visual inspection report on each shipment of the Products received by Dealer as well as such other information on the quality and performance of the Products as may from time to time be reasonably required of Dealer by A▇▇.

PREDELIVERY SERVICE. DEALER agrees that prior to delivery of a new Kia vehicle to a customer, it shall perform predelivery service on each Kia vehicle in accordance with Kia standards and any applicable governmental requirements. COMPANY shall reimburse DEALER for such predelivery service according to such directives and the applicable provisions of the then current Kia warranty policies and procedures manual and subject to COMPANY's claims verification and other procedures.
