Payment by the Judicial Council A. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Judicial Council will pay the Contractor the actual cost not to exceed the total Contract Amount, as set forth in Table 1, below, for performing the Work of this Agreement. Reliance by the State on Representations All payments by the State under this Agreement will be made in reliance upon the accuracy of all representations made by the Party in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to bills, invoices, progress reports and other proofs of work.
