Government Agency definition

Government Agency means the government of the Commonwealth of Australia or an Australian State, Territory or local government and includes their authorities, agencies, government owned corporations and authorised officers, courts and tribunals;
Government Agency means government, government department or court, port, transport or local authority or person (whether autonomous or not) responsible for the administration of an applicable Law;
Government Agency means any governmental entity (including the United States, a State, or a foreign government).
