Dealing with Conflict. If, a Conflict arises, or appears likely to arise, the Affected Party agrees to: (a) notify the other Parties immediately; (b) subject to any obligations to maintain confidentiality, make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the Conflict to the other Parties; and (c) take such steps as the Company may reasonably require to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict.
