Dealing with Leases. None of the Obligors shall enter into any Leases or amend, renew, terminate, forfeit or cancel any Leases unless: a. such Leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, forfeitures or cancellations are made on arm’s length terms and in good faith; and b. such Leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, forfeitures or cancellations reflect good business practice.
