Dealing with Pooled Shares. Each Pooling Shareholder agrees that his/her/its Pooled Shares will be held and dealt with only in accordance with the terms of this $0.02 and $0.07 Voluntary Pooling Agreement and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
