DEALING WITH US. 21.1 You must co-operate with us, or anyone appointed by us, where necessary to protect the Property or our interest as the mortgage lender or to exercise any of the powers given to us by your Mortgage Agreement or under any applicable law or regulation. This includes you signing any appropriate documents or deeds relating to the Property if we ask.
