Dealings with Customers of the Company. During and for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the Consultant's consulting relationship with the Company terminates, the Consultant will not directly or indirectly engage in any of the Business Activities (other than on behalf of the Company or its subsidiaries) by supplying products or providing services to any customer with whom the Company or its subsidiaries have done any business during the consulting relationship with the Company, whether as an officer, director, proprietor, employee, partner, investor (other than as a holder of less than one percent (1%) of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded corporation), consultant, advisor, agent, or other participant.
