Death Benefit Only Plan. Without limiting the generality of Section 4(d)(i), during the Term, the Company shall continue to sponsor and provide coverage to the Employee under the Death Benefit Only Plan pursuant to the same terms and in the same amount as provided by the Company on the Effective Date.
