Death Prior to Retirement Age. In the event of the Employee’s death while the Employee is employed by the Bank but prior to the Employee’s becoming entitled to receive Normal Retirement Benefit payments or other Plan Distributions, the Bank shall pay the Employee’s Beneficiary the Normal Retirement Benefit in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, commencing within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Bank of the Employee’s death certificate (but in no event later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Employee’s death). Such benefit shall continue to be paid annually for the period set forth in Section 3.2.
