By participating in this procurement, the Consultant certifies that it is not currently debarred by the Commonwealth of Virginia from submitting a response for the type of goods and/or services covered by this solicitation. The Consultant further certifies that it is not debarred from filling any order or accepting any resulting order, or that it is an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
