Debarment, Suspension, or Ineligibility. By execution of this Contract, the Grantee certifies that it is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any federal or state department or agency from participation in this Contract or any grant authorized hereunder.

Debarment, Suspension, or Ineligibility. The Parties warrant and covenant that neither they nor their principals or pertinent agents are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment or suspension, or declared ineligible from participating in transactions by the federal, state or local government. The Parties further agree that each will immediately notify the other if during the term of this Agreement they or their principals or pertinent agents become subject to debarment, suspension or ineligibility from participating in transactions by the federal government, or by any state or local government department or agency.
