Common use of Debit to Line of Credit Clause in Contracts

Debit to Line of Credit. Bank shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to debit the amount of any Drawing as well as any fees, costs and expenses incurred by Bank or a Bank Affiliate in connection with such Drawing against the Line of Credit and deem such amount to be Revolving Loans under Section 2.1.1. hereof.
