Common use of Debris Removal Reports Clause in Contracts

Debris Removal Reports. The Contractor shall prepare daily reports, in accordance with CalEMA/FEMA guidelines, to detail the progress of the debris removal services to the County. Each report shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: • Reporting date • Location of work (street names and address blocks) • Contractor’s name performing work at each location • Number of passes performed at each location • Daily and cumulative totals of debris removed, by category • Itemized Load Ticket Information • Any problems encountered or anticipated Discrepancies between the daily report and the corresponding load tickets shall be reconciled with the Debris Management Coordinator no later than 11:00 a.m. the following work day.
