Debt Due. 5.9.1 If the LHIN requires the re-payment by the Hospital of any Funding in accordance with this Agreement, the amount required will be deemed to be a debt owing to the Crown by the Hospital. The LHIN may adjust future Funding instalments to recover the amounts owed or may, at its discretion, direct the Hospital to pay the amount owing to the Crown. The Hospital will comply with any such direction.
