Sharing of Information with the Province and Canada. The Recipient agrees that, consistent with section 6.1 (Third Party Beneficiary) and for the implementation of the Bilateral Agreement: (a) the Province or Canada, or both, and in respect of Canada either directly or through the Province, may, upon Notice to the Recipient, request additional information from the Recipient including, without limitation, information for any determination under Article A.27.0 (Environmental Requirements and Assessments) and Article A.28.0 (Aboriginal Consultation); (b) if the Province or Canada, or both, provide the Recipient with Notice under paragraph 6.2(a), the Recipient will, within the timelines set out in the Notice, deliver the information to either the Province or Canada, or both, as required; and (c) the Province or Canada, or both, may share any information received from the Recipient pursuant to the Agreement with each other.
