Debt Repayment Sources. ‌ The Districts may impose a mill levy on Property within its boundaries as a primary source of revenue for repayment of debt service. The Districts may also rely upon various other revenue sources authorized by law. At the Districts’ discretion, these may include the power to assess fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges as provided in Section 32-1-1001(l), C.R.S., as amended from time to time. In no event shall the debt service mill levy in the District exceed the Maximum Debt Mill Levy or, for residential property within the Districts, the Maximum Debt Mill Levy Imposition Term, except pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement between the Districts and the City for Regional Improvements.

  • Debt Due (a) If the LHIN requires the re-payment by the HSP of any Funding, the amount required will be deemed to be a debt owing to the Crown by the HSP. The LHIN may adjust future funding instalments to recover the amounts owed or may, at its discretion direct the HSP to pay the amount owing to the Crown and the HSP shall comply immediately with any such direction.

  • Equity Financing If there is an Equity Financing before the expiration or termination of this instrument, the Company will automatically issue to the Investor a number of shares of Safe Preferred Stock equal to the Purchase Amount divided by the Conversion Price. In connection with the issuance of Safe Preferred Stock by the Company to the Investor pursuant to this Section 1(a):

  • Third Party Financing If Product acquisitions are financed through any third party financing, Contractor may be required as a condition of Contract Award to agree to the terms and conditions of a “Consent & Acknowledgment Agreement” in a form acceptable to the Commissioner.

  • Payment of Indebtedness Upon Demand The Customer shall at all times be liable for the payment upon demand of any obligations owing from the Customer to you, and the Customer shall be liable to you for any deficiency remaining in any such accounts in the event of the liquidation thereof (as contemplated in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement or otherwise), in whole or in part, by you or by the Customer; and the Customer shall make payment of such obligations upon demand.

  • Payment of Indebtedness Pledgor will pay the principal sum of the Note secured hereby, together with interest thereon, at the time and in the manner provided in the Note.

  • Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.
