Other Revenue Sources. By participating in this RAF agreement, it is understood by all units that the only revenue available to each unit is from annual increases to continuous apportionment revenue, not to exceed an amount equivalent to 100% of the State COLA percent if applied to the salary schedules.
Other Revenue Sources. With the exception of revenue derived from the Company’s provision to third parties of Access to the Database for population-level research, the Company will not participate in revenues deriving from the Database IP or the Manager IP, such as third-party targeted research participation or advertising directed to Members on websites or other communication platforms used by the Manager for the benefit of the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Database IP” means (a) all worldwide intellectual property rights that are necessary or appropriate for the organization, structure or operation of the Database, or any substitute, expansion or upgrade of the Database, including worldwide patents, trade secrets, know-how, and copyrights, and (b) any improvements, developments, innovations or new inventions conceived or discovered by the Manager, solely or jointly, related to any of the foregoing.
Other Revenue Sources. Other Revenue Sources. In order to supplement and enhance the state school aid payments and improve the quality of education at the Academy, the Board and Choice Schools shall endeavor to obtain revenue from other sources. In this regard:
1. The Academy and/or Choice Schools shall solicit and receive donations consistent with the mission of the Academy.
2. The Academy and/or Choice Schools may apply for and receive grant money, in the name of the Academy. Choice Schools shall provide advance notification to the Board of any grant applications it intends to make and receive the approval of the Board for the application prior to filing or submitting the grant application.
3. To the extent permitted under the Code, Choice Schools may charge fees to students for extra services such as summer programs, after school programs and athletics and charge non-Academy students who participate in such programs approved by the Board. All funds received by Choice Schools or the Academy from such other revenue sources shall inure to and be deemed the property of the Academy, except as otherwise agreed by the parties in writing as an amendment to this Agreement.
Other Revenue Sources. In addition to the revenue sources identified above, the ENTITY may receive other revenue. Upon receipt, the ENTITY will distribute these funds to the appropriate Members, as contractually required, if applicable, or according to policy and/or procedure.
Other Revenue Sources. In order to supplement and enhance the State School Aid payments and improve the quality of education at the School, the Board and EVE, with prior Board approval, shall endeavor to obtain revenue from other sources. In this regard:
1. The School and/or EVE shall solicit and receive donations consistent with the mission of the School.
2. The School and/or EVE may apply for and receive grant money, in the name of the School. EVE shall provide advance written notification to the Board of any grant applications it intends to make.
3. To the extent permitted under the Code, XXX may charge fees to students for extra services such as summer programs, after school programs, and athletics, and EVE may charge non-School students who participate in such programs.
4. All funds received by EVE or the School from such other revenue sources shall inure to and be deemed the property of the School.
Other Revenue Sources. In order to supplement and enhance the state school aid payments, improve the quality of education at the Academy, and fulfill the mission of the Academy, Contractor shall develop and pursue a program for obtaining and producing revenue supplemental to state aid and grants, shall seek Academy Board approval prior to accepting grant revenues, and shall report to the Board on a consistent basis regarding the status of its efforts in this area.
Other Revenue Sources. (a) The Charter School and the Company may, together or independently, solicit and receive grants and donations from public and private sources consistent with the mission and Charter of the Charter School, in the name of either the Company or the Charter School; provided, however, that any solicitation of such grants by the Company in the name of the Charter School or which identifies the Charter School shall be subject to the prior approval of the Charter School. All funds received by the Company or the Charter School for the benefit of the Charter School from such other revenue sources and programs pursuant to this Section 5.05 shall be deemed Charter School funds. The Company shall receive no compensation from the Charter School upon receipt or expenditure of such funds and shall have no responsibility for management of the programs funded donations contemplated in the first sentence of Section 5.05 which are outside the scope of services described in Exhibit B unless the parties shall expressly agree otherwise, and then only to the extent allowable by the donor or grantor of such funds.
(b) Nothing in this Section 5.05 will be construed to prohibit Company from soliciting funds or grants solely for its own general corporate purposes and using such funds or grants solely for such purposes.

1. The Academy and/or edtec shall solicit and receive donations consistent with the mission of the Academy.
2. The Academy and/or edtec may apply for and receive grant money, in the name of the Academy. edtec shall provide advance written notification to the Board of any grant applications it intends to make.
3. To the extent permitted under the Code, edtec may charge fees to students for extra services such as summer programs, after school programs, and athletics, and edtec may charge non-Academy students who participate in such programs. All funds received by edtec or the Academy from such other revenue sources shall inure to and be deemed the property of the Academy.
Other Revenue Sources. (a) Subject to Section 5.01(a) of this Agreement, the Academy and K12 may, together or independently, solicit and receive grants and donations from public and private sources consistent with the mission and Charter of the Academy, in the name of either K12 or the Academy; provided, however, that any solicitation of such grants by K12 shall be subject to the prior approval of the Academy.
(b) Nothing in this Section 5.03 will be construed to prohibit K12 from soliciting funds or grants solely for its own general corporate purposes and using such funds or grants solely for such purposes.
