Debt Service Schedule; Authorizing Resolution. After the closing of the sale and delivery of the Debt Instruments, deliver to the Mobility Authority a schedule of annual debt service requirements for the Debt Instruments and in coordination with bond counsel, assure that the paying agent/registrar and/or trustee has been provided with a copy of the authorizing ordinance, order or resolution.
