Debt Service Schedule; Authorizing Resolution. After the closing of the sale and delivery of the issuance, delivering to the Issuer a schedule of annual debt service requirements for the issuance and, in coordination with bond counsel, assuring that the paying agent/registrar and/or trustee has been provided with a copy of the authorizing ordinance, order or resolution.
