Prior to the delivery of a Security to the Trustee for authentication in any form approved by or pursuant to a Board Resolution or Officers’ Certificate, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee the Board Resolution or Officers’ Certificate by or pursuant to which such form of Security has been approved, which Board Resolution or Officers’ Certificate shall have attached thereto a true and correct copy of the form of Security that has been approved by or pursuant thereto.
Under a Board Resolution, Officers' Certificate pursuant to Board Resolutions or an indenture supplement, the Company may from time to time, without the consent of the Holders of Notes, issue additional Notes (in any such case "Additional Notes") having the same ranking and the same interest rate, maturity and other terms as the Notes.

A Board Resolution, a supplemental indenture hereto, or an Officers’ Certificate shall establish whether the Securities of a series shall be issued in whole or in part in the form of one or more Global Securities and the Depositary for such Global Security or Securities.
Each Security shall be in one of the forms approved from time to time by or pursuant to a Board Resolution or Officers’ Certificate, or established in one or more indentures supplemental hereto.
