Common use of Decals, Markings Clause in Contracts

Decals, Markings. At the request of Lender, to the extent commercially practicable, firmly affix a decal, stencil or other marking to designated items of Equipment, indicating thereon the security interest of Lender; provided, however, that Lender agrees to not make such a request unless Lender reasonably believes that an event which would have a material adverse effect with respect to, or cause confusion as to the identification of, such Equipment (or other Collateral) or Lender’s Lien interests therein, is reasonably likely to occur.
