Common use of Deceased Class Members Clause in Contracts

Deceased Class Members. If the Settlement Administrator is notified that a Participating Settlement Class Member is deceased, the Settlement Administrator is authorized to reissue the Settlement Check to the Participating Settlement Class Member’s estate upon receiving proof the Participating Settlement Class Member is deceased and after consultation with Class Counsel.

Deceased Class Members. If the Settlement Administrator is notified that a Participating Settlement Class Member is deceased, the Settlement Administrator is authorized to reissue the Settlement Check payment to the Participating Settlement Class Member’s estate upon receiving proof the Participating Settlement Class Member is deceased and after consultation with Class Counsel and Cash App’s Counsel.
