Common use of Deceased or Retired Employee Clause in Contracts

Deceased or Retired Employee. Tuition waivers in accordance with the provisions of (a) and (b) above shall continue to be available to: (1) Employees who have retired, having been employed for five or more years, and to their spouses and children, and to the spouses and children of former Employees who are deceased and who had been employed for five or more years; (2) the children of those Employees who are divorced or legally separated provided satisfactory documentary evidence of support equivalent to 7% of annual earnings is provided; (3) Employees who are ill or disabled and to their spouses and children, provided the Employee is in receipt of sick leave or long term disability benefits.
