PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.
Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.
CONSUMER PRICE INDEX ADJUSTMENTS 20.1 The Licence Fee payable by the Licensee will be adjusted automatically each year, on 1 July, in accordance with the official Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics South Africa.
Non-Student Rates The Residence Fees payable under this Agreement are a special student rate for full-time students of the Institution. If the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution, and wishes to continue to occupy a Room: (i) the Resident must deliver a written request to the Manager no later than two (2) business days after ceasing to be a full-time student of the Institution, which the Manager may accept or reject in its sole and unfettered discretion, and (ii) if the request is accepted by the Manager, the Resident must pay within two (2) business days of receiving notice of that acceptance (a) any unpaid Residence Fees (whether or not otherwise due) and (b) a supplementary fee equal to the difference between (1) the product of the number of days remaining in the Term as of two (2) business days after the date on which the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution and the daily conference rate then charged by the Manager for rooms in the Residence, minus (2) the Residence Fees.
Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.
Adjustment for Excess Volume If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incompletely Marked subdivisions and if Contracting Officer determines that the volume cut will be more than 120 percent of the total es- timated volume listed in A2, Forest Service, upon request by Purchaser, shall make an adjustment in Marking or cutting unit boundaries with the objective of designating for cutting the approximate estimated volumes by species listed in A2. Such adjustments in volumes shall be con- fined to (a) Marking adjustments on Sale Area and (b) re- duction in area to be cut over. Such adjustments or re- ductions shall not conflict with the silvicultural treatment being applied on Sale Area and shall not materially change the average value by species of the timber desig- nated for cutting. Such adjustments may be made not- withstanding the provisions of B1.1 and B2.3. If the timber designated for cutting is not reduced by such adjustments to less than 120 percent of the total es- timated quantity listed in A2, Purchaser, after cutting 120 percent of the total estimated volume listed in A2, may elect to have Sale Area reduced to eliminate the remain- ing Included Timber. However, where felling operations have been started, units of minimum practical size shall be retained in Sale Area.
