Decision Making and Costs. As between the Parties, all decisions relating to the Exploitation of any Vernalis Licensed Compounds and Licensed Product shall be in the sole discretion of Corvus and shall be carried out by Corvus or its Sublicensees and they shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with the Exploitation of Vernalis Licensed Compound and Licensed Product.
