Common use of Decision of Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Decision of Arbitrators. The arbitrators will hear evidence submitted by the respective Parties or group or groups of Parties and may call for additional information, which additional information will be furnished by the Parties having such information. The decision of a majority of the arbitrators (“Arbitration Award”) will be rendered no later than twenty (20) days after the conclusion of the arbitration hearing and will be binding upon all the Parties and will be based on the provisions of this Mine Reclamation Agreement and applicable New Mexico or federal Law. The Arbitration Award must be in writing and must explain in reasonable detail the basis of the award.
