Decision of the Adjudication Board. The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Adjudication Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chairperson shall be the decision of the Adjudication Board. Any member who does not agree with the decision of the Adjudication Board shall, at the request of either party to the adjudication, write a minority decision with the reason therefore within thirty (30) days of the request. The decision of the Adjudication Board shall be final, binding and enforceable on all parties to the grievance. The Adjudication Board shall have the power to dispose of any grievance by an arrangement which is deemed just and equitable, provided in no event shall the Adjudication Board have the power to change this Agreement or to alter, modify or amend any of its provisions. Should the parties to the adjudication disagree as to the meaning of the decision, either party may apply to the Chairperson to reconvene the Adjudication Board to clarify the decision, which it shall do within ten (10) days.
