Decision of the Board of Trustees. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall affirm, reverse or modify the disciplinary action imposed by the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources/designee. The findings and decision of the Board of Trustees shall be final and conclusive on all parties, and not subject to the grievance procedures provided for in this contract.
