Decision of the Board of Trustees. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall affirm, reverse or modify the disciplinary action imposed by the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources/designee. The findings and decision of the Board of Trustees shall be final and conclusive on all parties, and not subject to the grievance procedures provided for in this contract. 7.20.1 Unless the decision provides otherwise, it shall be effective immediately. Notice of the decision shall be mailed promptly to the bargaining unit member and his/her representative.
