Decision Regarding Expanded License Negotiations. Within 30 calendar days of TMC’s receipt of such notice and description of rights, TMC will provide ALZA with notice either that (i) TMC would not like to negotiate such license or (ii) TMC would like to negotiate for the rights to such license. If TMC fails to deliver any notice within such 30-day period, TMC will be deemed to have provided notice that it would not like to negotiate such license.
