Decisions and Awards. Within thirty (30) calendar days after the completion of the hearing, the arbitrator shall render a decision and opinion. The decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The cost of the arbitrator shall be equally shared by the parties. In the event the Union or grievant receives a monetary award, the Board shall comply with the Award and any subsequent remedial determination and issue payment within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the Arbitrator’s determination and receipt of any information necessary to calculate back-pay.
