Notwithstanding Article 7 of the Framework for International Energy Technology Co-operation, adopted by the IEA Governing Board on 3 April, 2003, the Framework shall apply, and be an integral Part part of, this Agreement from November 26,the date of entering into force of this Amendment. A copy of the Framework is attached as Exhibit A to this Implementing Agreement.
