Decisions of Expert Panel. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all decisions of the Expert Panel shall be taken within not more than sixty (60) Days after the receipt by the Expert Panel of a request by either Party for a decision of the Expert Panel pursuant to this Agreement or by such later time as may be agreed by the Parties.
